A general meeting of the Trade Union of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS was held. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Ilham Mammadzadeh, Chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor Sanan Hasanov, and employees of the institute.

The meeting was opened by Asya Ahmadova, Chairperson of the Trade Union of the Institute, who summarized the organization’s activities over the past year and outlined plans for the future. She highlighted both the achievements and the challenges encountered.

Following her speech, Sanan Hasanov took the floor. He reviewed the work carried out during his tenure as Chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, the events organized, and the difficulties faced. Speaking about the declaration of 2025 as the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty" by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, he noted that this year would also feature significant events and various meetings.

Later, Professor Ilham Mammadzadeh emphasized the vital role of the Trade Union in work collectives and expressed a positive assessment of its activities.

The meeting concluded with an open discussion, where employees shared their comments and suggestions, and their questions were addressed.
