INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MODERN CONSCIOUSNESS: IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THE YEAR OF SOVEREIGNTY" HELD
On February 2, Youth Day, the international scientific conference "Artificial Intelligence and Modern Consciousness: In the Context of the Constitution and the Year of Sovereignty" was held. The event was jointly organized by the Free Trade Union of ANAS and the Council of Young Scientists and Experts of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS.
The conference commenced with the performance of the national anthem and a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs.
The event was opened by moderators—Chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, Associate Professor Sanan Hasanov, and Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Jeyran Huseynli. They gave the floor to Professor Ilham Mammadzade, Ph.D., Director of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology.
In his address, Professor Mammadzade congratulated the youth on the occasion of Youth Day, emphasizing their role as the driving force of society. He highlighted the trust placed in young scientists by the country’s leadership and the favorable conditions created for their scientific growth.
The professor further underscored the significance of artificial intelligence as a key topic in modern science, noting that young scholars at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology are actively engaging in research on this subject. He pointed out that philosophy is intrinsically connected with artificial intelligence, as technological advancements permeate all areas of life.
Associate Professor Sanan Hasanov, Chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, also delivered a welcoming speech, extending his congratulations to the young scientists and wishing them success in their research endeavors. He emphasized the active role of young researchers in advancing Azerbaijani science.
