The trade union organization of the Institute of Law and Human Rights organized an event dedicated to Youth Day on February 2. During the event, discussions were held on supporting the professional development of young professionals, assessing their activities in the field of law and human rights, as well as plans for the future. The chairman of the trade union, Leyla Mamedova, presented a report on the organization's activities for 2023 and 2024. She spoke about measures aimed at the social and professional development of union members, and also presented new projects that are planned to be implemented in 2025. Leyla Mamedova called on members to actively participate in the work of the organization. It was also emphasized that in the future, new steps will be taken to strengthen the social protection of employees, increase their motivation and effectively organize their free time. At the end of the event, young employees of the institute were congratulated on Youth Day and presented with gifts.
