The book, which reflects the recommendations and directions set by President Ilham Aliyev regarding the realities of the post-war period, was co-authored by Ilham Mammadzadeh, Eynulla Madatli, Fuzuli Gurbanov, Sanan Hasanov, Huseyn Huseynov, and Vusal Zulfugarov. The book examines the activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, as a head of state and political leader, his philosophy of governance, the challenges of the new era, his views on the national idea, and the objectives he has set. The national idea is explored from a philosophical perspective as a stimulating and motivating factor in the process of renewal, analyzed in relation to historical memory in the context of independent state-building, and its organic connection with national consciousness and self-awareness is revealed, leading to scientific and philosophical conclusions. President Ilham Aliyev's views on the new national idea, along with the general principles and recommendations he has put forward, are subjected to philosophical analysis in light of the realities and challenges of the post-war period. The relationship between the national idea, the Patriotic War, and national security is examined from philosophical, political, and historical perspectives. The national idea is presented as one of the key factors in ensuring and stimulating victory, and the significance of seriously considering the role of the Organization of Turkic States in this context is emphasized.
