On February 12, the Republican Center for Seismological Service of ANAS conducted defensive exercises with non-militarized civil defense units on the topic of "Warning and Gathering" in case of potential emergency situations.

The Civil Defense Headquarters of the Republican Center for Seismological Service of ANAS and the Civil Defense Forces Headquarters participated in the exercises.

Speaking at the event, Azad Rzayev, Head of the Civil Defense Headquarters of the Republican Center for Seismological Service of ANAS, discussed the rules of conduct for personnel in non-militarized civil defense units during possible emergency situations. He emphasized the importance of regular practical training in this area and the necessity of maintaining constant readiness to respond effectively to emergencies.

Hikmet Babayev, Deputy Head of the Civil Defense Department of the ANAS Presidium, also highlighted the significance of training non-militarized civil defense units. In his speech, he outlined the basic rules of conduct in emergencies and stressed the need to train employees in relevant units on proper response protocols.

Telman Dzhafarov, Head of the International Relations Department of the Republican Seismological Service Center of ANAS, provided participants with insights into international practices concerning non-militarized civil defense units.
